This is the crazy Dundas Square Dancing Man. We happened upon him as he was drawing a crowd with his creepy moves to the live music outdoors at Dundas Square. I have since found out he is a You Tube celebrity and has been "wow"-ing Torontonians for months! (This video was not taken by me, but it is one of many available of him online now!) Whenever I need a good laugh. . .I can count on this guy!
